Lizuka's doctor is seen 8:55ish into episode 9 when he notifies Lizuka that she's pregnant via in vitro fertilization from his clinic.
He is shocked to learn from his incompetent nurses that the zygote from the wrong sperm and egg were put into Lizuka. The father is actually Naoto Kawakami and the mother is actually Sanae Shimomura.
