Tsukiko's father (a Mr. Sagi most likely) is visited by Maniwa in episode 12 after the dolls lead him to find out about Tsukiko being attacked when she was twelve years old.
Tsuki implies that he smokes 'Mild Seven' cigarettes when she gets confused when Keiichi orders his usual 'Short Hope' kind.
